For professional wedding planners

Plan your clients’ wedding at Petrarolo.

We warmly welcome enquiries from professional wedding planners and event agencies acting on behalf of their clients. Share your client brief and we will work with you to explore availability, celebration spaces and the arrangements for their wedding week at Masseria Petrarolo and Trullo Petrarolo.

We value your role in shaping your clients’ celebration. Planner approval, estate liaison and relevant commercial terms are agreed individually before a booking is confirmed. Our team will reply directly to you; client names are not needed at this stage.

Meet Federica, your Estate Liaison →

Reserve Masseria Petrarolo and Trullo Petrarolo together as one private wedding stay for 22 guests, or up to 24 using the Trullo mezzanine by prior agreement. Wedding weeks run Saturday to Saturday, for seven or fourteen nights. Your clients’ wedding date and event arrangements are agreed individually with our estate team.

Work with our estate team to secure approved caterers early. External planners require estate approval, and estate liaison, operations, catering and production are agreed around the client brief.

Plan ceremonies on the grassed Wedding Terrace, reception drinks on the garden and pool terraces, courtyard dinners and rooftop photographs. The Wedding Terrace, garden terraces, pool terrace and rooftop all enjoy sea views. Welcome drinks, pre-wedding photographs and a possible after-party at Giardini Pistola can be discussed separately, subject to availability and agreed arrangements.

Airstream and Loggia accommodation may be discussed as conditional additions. Please include any extra accommodation requests and estimates for each event in your client brief.
